To build a praying church---a church that believes in prayer and practices it.
Each Wednesday night we spend as much time as needed in prayer for
our people to pray in supplication, praise, need and intercession.
Our desire is to have an evangelistic church.
We preach three sermons per week: of which, at least one is evangelistic.
We encourage each member to tell others about our wonderful Saviour.
We are training for evangelism through Sunday School each Sunday morning.
Another of our core values is the importance of Bible Study. II Timothy 2:15
We value the need and importance of belonging to the local Baptist Association and to
be affiliated with the Florida Baptist convention and the Southern Baptist Convention.
We are contributing to the Cooperative Program, Maguire State Mission Offering,
the Hurricane Relief Fund, and the two major mission emphasis events;
the Lottie Moon International Mission Offering and Annie Armstrong American Mission Offering.
We are teaching and practicing stewardship. Probably 90% of our people give above their tithe. We are a giving mission church. These are giving people.
